Proprietary Software License

This software and its source code, including but not limited to the contents of
this repository and any compiled or packaged distribution produced from it (the
"Software"), are the confidential and proprietary property of the copyright
holder named above (the "Licensor"). The Software is licensed, not sold.

1. No grant of rights

No licence, right, title or interest in the Software is granted by this file.
Except as expressly permitted in writing by the Licensor, no person may copy,
reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense,
sell, lease, rent, host as a service, publicly display, or create derivative
works of the Software, in whole or in part.

2. No reverse engineering

Except to the extent that such a restriction is unenforceable under
applicable law, no person may decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse
engineer the Software, nor attempt to derive its source code from a compiled
distribution.

3. End users

Use of a distributed build of the Software by an end user is governed by the
terms of service published by the Licensor, and not by this file. Nothing in
this file limits rights an end user has under those terms or under applicable
consumer protection law.

4. Third-party components

The Software incorporates third-party open-source components, which remain
subject to their own licences. Those licences are reproduced in
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and take precedence over this file with respect to the
components they cover. Nothing in this file restricts any right granted to you
by one of those licences in respect of the component it covers.

5. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

This file is governed by the laws of Brasil.
